Bleu Edmonson | Live at Billy Bob's Texas
1h 5m
If Bleu Edmondson were a rodeo cowboy, people would say "he earned his spurs" at Billy Bob's. He first performed here as an opening act on our honky tonk stage, but now he's on the same stage as the greatest entertainers in music. An honor Bleu doesn't take lightly. He respects the musicians that have come before him, and he's always concerned about entertaining his audience . The crowd at this recording got their money's worth! This is one talented song writer, hailed by many artists for his abilities. Many of his songs have a deep spiritual sense; 'Back To You", "Jesus Is Crying", and "Last, Last Time". Bleu makes us listen and reflect. Bleu's been singing Matt Powell's "50 Dollars And A Flask Of Crown" since 2001. It's now become the unofficial anthem of Billy Bob's. All shot glasses in the house are raised in a toast at the first cord played. Although Bleu's been compared with top Red Dirt music artists like Pat Green, Cross Canadian Ragweed, and Randy Rogers, all of whom have recorded, successful "Live at Billy Bob's" CD's Bleu's "Live At"recording has a distinct americana vibe. Many of his songs have topped the Texas music charts. But now, they are poised to reach a national audience. Here's to Bleu!
